Outdoor Sales Representative – Duties & Responsibilities

• Visit customers and potential clients to promote company products and services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and company objectives.
• Present products, explain features, and provide product demonstrations when required.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Collect market information and monitor competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the office team regarding customer requirements and deliveries.
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity reports.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required
