Role overview
Melody Carpet is hiring an Outdoor Sales Executive to grow B2B and project sales across the UAE.
The role involves field sales, client visits, relationship building, opportunity development, and deal closing.
Key responsibilities
- Visit hotels, interior designers, fit-out companies, contractors, developers, corporate offices, retailers, and other buyers.
- Introduce and present Melody Carpet products to new clients.
- Generate leads and develop long-term B2B relationships.
- Follow up on quotations, projects, and sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Search actively for new sales opportunities across the UAE.
Requirements
- Previous experience in outdoor or field sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable visiting clients daily.
- UAE sales experience is preferred.
- Industry experience in carpets, flooring, interiors, furniture, building materials, hospitality, or related fields is advantageous.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 6,000 per month.
Work location
- The role is conducted on the road across the UAE.
