**Location:** Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Outdoor Post Sales Representative to join our team in the field of sofa upholstery and curtain works.
The ideal candidate will handle after-sales service while maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients (homes, offices, and project sites) for post-sales follow-up
- Ensure customer satisfaction after delivery and installation
- Handle complaints and service requests professionally on-site
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, upgrades, or referrals
- Follow up with clients and close additional service or sales opportunities
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in outdoor sales or post-sales/customer service
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deal with clients professionally
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of upholstery, sofas, or curtains is an advantage
- Self-motivated and target-driven
