Outdoor Digital Sales Executive

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through field visits and direct client meetings.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and long-term client relationships.
• Understand client needs and offer suitable advertising and marketing solutions.
• Visit advertisers, agencies, and corporate clients across the UAE.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain records of meetings, contracts, collections, payments, and related documents.
• Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams and monitor market and competitor trends.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in outdoor sales, advertising sales, media sales, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong network with UAE advertisers, corporate clients, and media agencies is advantageous.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are expected.

Work Location

• The work location is in person.
• The role involves regular outdoor visits and travel across the UAE for client meetings.
