Responsibilities
- Research potential clients who fit the target audience.
- Find business owners’ Instagram accounts and professional email addresses.
- Send 40 personalized Instagram direct messages per day.
- Follow up with prospects and manage replies.
- Book qualified meetings with the CEO.
- Track leads, outreach activity, replies, and meetings.
- Test outreach messages and improve results over time.
Requirements
- Strong written English and communication skills.
- Good research skills and attention to detail; able to identify suitable businesses and decision-makers.
- Comfortable sending cold messages and emails; organized, proactive, and consistent.
- Willingness to learn and improve based on feedback.
- Previous lead generation, cold outreach, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
- Commission-based opportunity; earnings depend on performance and the agreed commission structure.
