About the Role
We’re hiring a
hungry, field-driven Account Executive
to drive outbound sales across Dubai.
This is not a desk job.
You will be out in the market—identifying opportunities, walking into businesses, running live demos, and closing deals.
If you’re someone who thrives on activity, face-to-face selling, and closing, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospect and engage service-based businesses across Dubai (clinics, salons, gyms, home services, etc.)
- Conduct in-person outreach and meetings
- Run live demos of ilna AI (on-site and remote)
- Identify customer pain points (missed calls, slow responses, lost revenue)
- Close new business and drive revenue growth
- Build and manage your own pipeline
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in
- outbound sales or field sales
- Strong closing ability and confidence in face-to-face selling
- Self-starter with high energy and resilience
- Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations
- Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Based in Dubai
