About the Role

We’re hiring a

hungry, field-driven Account Executive

to drive outbound sales across Dubai.

This is not a desk job.

You will be out in the market—identifying opportunities, walking into businesses, running live demos, and closing deals.

If you’re someone who thrives on activity, face-to-face selling, and closing, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect and engage service-based businesses across Dubai (clinics, salons, gyms, home services, etc.)
  • Conduct in-person outreach and meetings
  • Run live demos of ilna AI (on-site and remote)
  • Identify customer pain points (missed calls, slow responses, lost revenue)
  • Close new business and drive revenue growth
  • Build and manage your own pipeline

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in
  • outbound sales or field sales
  • Strong closing ability and confidence in face-to-face selling
  • Self-starter with high energy and resilience
  • Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations
  • Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
  • Based in Dubai
