- We’re seeking an OTR Supervisor to join our dynamic Delivery Stations.
- Our teams stow deliveries, pick products, package them up and ship them out: each of these groups have played their part in taking us where we are today.

- You’ll lead cross-functional teams, tasked with solving operational problems,
- You’ll uphold Amazon’s high standards of process quality,
- You’ll maintain inventory accuracy,
- You’ll strive to improve and streamline processes,
- You’ll actively share and promote best practices with your colleagues and network
- Key job responsibilities
Core responsibilities
- will include:
- idaily follow up with vendors on on-boarding process;
- facilitate on-boarding process with our external contractor;
- incentive management;
- uniform auditing and inventory;
- daily ops communications with DSP POCs and escalations to the owners, if needed;
- handling DS callouts on day to day topics related to DSP DAs;
- arranging and following up on DAY0 attendance.

- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Meets or exceeds departmental production KPIs/goals.
- Demonstrated problem solving & analytical skills.
- Willingness to train and learn new skills.
- Coach and mentor others to succeed.
- Able to handle long and short term multiple tasks, whilst working in a high stress, fast paced environment.
- Able to work weekends and provide overtime support (AM & PM).
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules / shift including night shift.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience managing teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics
- Experience with data analysis
