**Job Overview:** Naturalia Cooperative Qatar is searching for a dedicated **Mid-Level Professional** to join our cooperative team.
In this versatile role, you will contribute to various projects and initiatives aimed at promoting sustainability and eco-friendly practices within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of cooperative programs focused on environmental sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and drive community engagement.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making processes and project direction.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Foster relationships with members and the community to promote cooperative values and initiatives.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance personal and team skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- **3+** **years** of experience in a professional setting, ideally within cooperative, non-profit, or sustainability-focused organizations.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- A passion for community development and sustainability initiatives.
Salary
Hourly rate between **QAR 70 - 130**, depending on experience.
