Responsibilities
- Own the B2C website and mobile app product roadmap, development, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize the flight booking journey from search and availability through payment and post-booking services.
- Improve user experience, booking conversion, customer engagement, and retention.
- Work with technology teams on product enhancements, API integrations, and feature delivery.
- Analyze customer behavior, booking funnels, competitor platforms, and product performance.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to drive revenue and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation, personalization, and customer self-service.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably with an established B2C OTA.
- Hands-on flight OTA product management experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of GDS, NDC, LCC APIs, airline fares, and booking workflows.
- Experience managing consumer websites and mobile applications.
- Good knowledge of UI/UX, conversion optimization, analytics, and agile product development.
- Commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
