Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an ICT System Engineer based in Riyadh. The OT System Engineer will be responsible for supporting, managing, and maintaining system infrastructure across industrial and enterprise environments, with a strong focus on patch management, network systems, and cybersecurity operations.
The role requires hands-on involvement in troubleshooting technical issues, supporting on-site deployments, and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing infrastructure. The candidate should also be willing to travel to other regions and support on-site projects within critical infrastructure environments whenever required.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in patch management and system administration
- Good understanding of ICT and industrial network environments
- Strong knowledge of network devices, infrastructure components, and core protocols such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, SNMP, SSH, and WinRM
- Preferred strong understanding of ICT network architecture, communication flows, and operational support
- Experience in systems engineering, systems design, and infrastructure maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity practices and secure system hardening
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in operational and project-based environments
- Willingness to work on-site in critical infrastructure projects and travel to other regions as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Preferred certification in IEC 62443 or similar industrial cybersecurity standards
- Additional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar will be considered an advantage
- Prior experience in industrial control systems, OT environments, or industrial patch management will be an added advantage
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ Years of Engineering Experience (Projects Deployment)
- Advance Knowledge in Microsoft Key Services & Patch Management Tools
- OT Environment Work Experience
