Qualifications

• You are a proactive and technically capable systems administrator with experience or strong capability in OT/IT environments. You enjoy solving complex problems across infrastructure, operating systems and networks, and understand the additional availability, security and change-control considerations associated with operational technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Significant experience administering Windows or Linux Server environments, with capability across both considered highly desirable.
• Sound understanding of networking and cybersecurity principles, including patching, system hardening, access controls and vulnerability management.
• Experience with Cisco networking would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of system monitoring, backup, recovery, storage, virtualisation and high-availability solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across infrastructure, networking, operating systems and integrated applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work within controlled environments and follow security, change, configuration and documentation requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical outcomes and build trusted working relationships.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance.
