Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with musculoskeletal disorders to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Perform arthroscopic and other minimally invasive surgical procedures to treat joint conditions
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Manage preoperative and postoperative care to optimize patient recovery and outcomes
- Educate patients regarding their conditions, surgical procedures, and rehabilitation processes
- Stay current with the latest advancements in arthroscopic surgery and orthopaedic practices
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation in compliance with clinical standards
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Completed residency in Orthopaedic Surgery with specialized training or fellowship in Arthroscopic Surgery
- Valid medical license to practice in Oman
- Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience in orthopaedic surgery, specifically arthroscopy
- Proficiency in performing a wide range of arthroscopic procedures
- Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
- Excellent communication and patient management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
