Overview
Please note that this is a commission-based position only and does not include a fixed monthly salary.
The selected physician will work under a revenue-sharing model based on generated clinical income and services provided.
The surgeon will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions in outpatient and emergency settings while maintaining high standards of patient care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Perform outpatient consultations and treatment plans.
- Manage trauma, fractures, joint pain, sports injuries, back pain, and degenerative conditions.
- Request and interpret radiological and laboratory investigations.
- Perform minor orthopaedic procedures when applicable.
- Perform orthopaedic surgeries.
- Collaborate with emergency department physicians and other specialties.
Compensation
- Commission-based model only.
- No fixed monthly salary.
- Percentage and revenue-sharing details to be discussed during interview.
- High growth potential with expanding patient base and insurance activation plans.
