About This Role
**Location:** Dubai, UAE
- **Salary:** AED 8,000 – AED 10,000 / month
- **Schedule:** Full-time, 6 days per week
- **Specialty Training:** Completion of a 2 to 3 year accredited postgraduate residency program in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.
- **Professional Licensure:** A valid, active license to practice dentistry and orthodontics , requires a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License
- Formulate precise, clinical-first treatment plans (Rx plans) optimized for tooth movement predictability, long-term stability, and periodontal health.
- Collaborate directly with oral surgeons, periodontists, prosthodontists, and pediatric dentists to co-design comprehensive, multi-phase treatment plans.
- Ability to clearly explain complex clinical plans to patients of all ages, easing dental anxiety.
- **Patient Management:** Strong interpersonal skills to manage long-term treatment tracking and maintain patient compliance over several years.
- **Compliance Knowledge:** Strict adherence to patient confidentiality guidelines, medical ethics, and DHA healthcare regulations
- Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
