Organizational Growth & Executive Strategy Consultant

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop organizational growth strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term vision.
• Analyze organizations, markets, competitors, business models, operating processes, and performance metrics.
• Develop strategic recommendations, business plans, transformation roadmaps, and growth initiatives.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, performance frameworks, management dashboards, and strategic measurement systems.
• Support transformation, change management, restructuring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, resource allocation, leadership alignment, and strategic priorities.
• Prepare business cases, executive presentations, strategic reports, and investment recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Technology, and other departments on strategic initiatives.
• Monitor strategic plan implementation and recommend adjustments based on performance and market conditions.
• Build relationships with executives, business leaders, clients, and strategic partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business strategy, management consulting, organizational development, executive advisory, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of organizational growth, corporate strategy, business transformation, and performance management.
• Experience working directly with senior executives, leadership teams, or corporate clients.
• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, problem-solving, communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with strategic planning, organizational transformation, change management, or performance optimization is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; BI and strategic planning tools are advantageous.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred, while an MBA or professional certification is advantageous.
