Job Description
We are looking for a motivated OD Specialist who will support the design and execution of organizational development initiatives that strengthen workforce planning, enhance performance management, and improve organizational effectiveness in alignment with our business transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning activities by analyzing organizational data and providing insights to support structural and manpower decisions.
- Contribute to organizational structure reviews by assessing role distribution, reporting lines, and alignment with approved organizational design principles.
- Conduct job analysis and develop or update job descriptions to ensure role clarity and alignment with the organizational framework.
- Support the implementation and governance of the Performance Management System (PMS) by coordinating process execution and monitoring compliance.
- Analyze performance-related data to identify trends and provide insights that support capability development and organizational effectiveness.
- Participate in organizational development and change initiatives
- Contribute to rewards and recognition initiatives by supporting data preparation and maintaining relevant documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR Strategy, or Talent Management
