Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives
• Assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvement strategies
• Design and implement talent development, succession planning, and leadership programs
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze organizational performance metrics
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to enhance company culture and employee experience
• Support performance management frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives
• Facilitate organizational transformation and change management projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• Master's degree or professional certifications in HR or Organizational Development are an advantage
• Proven experience in organizational development, talent management, or human resources leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of change management, organizational design, and employee development practices
• Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and drive organizational change effectively
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
