Role Description
Lead and implement organizational development strategies that enhance workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership capability, and overall organizational performance.
Assess organizational needs, identify improvement opportunities, and design initiatives that support culture transformation, change management, talent development, succession planning, and workforce optimization.
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align organizational development programs with business objectives and long-term growth strategies.
Analyze organizational metrics, employee feedback, and performance data to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Lead change initiatives, leadership development programs, competency framework implementation, and organizational effectiveness projects that foster a high-performance culture and sustainable business success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, Education, or a related field. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Advanced knowledge of organizational development principles, change management methodologies, talent management frameworks, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies. Proficiency in workforce analytics, performance management systems, learning platforms, and organizational assessment tools. Excellent facilitation, coaching, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels. Strong project management capabilities with experience leading transformation initiatives, culture change programs, and organizational effectiveness projects. Knowledge of succession planning, competency development, workforce planning, organizational design, and continuous improvement methodologies is highly advantageous.
