We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Organizational Development Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, workforce planning, and change management initiatives that support business growth and long-term success.
You will collaborate closely with leadership and HR teams to design and implement programs that enhance employee performance, engagement, leadership capability, and organizational culture.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead initiatives focused on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
Design and deliver leadership development, employee engagement, and performance improvement programs.
Assess organizational effectiveness and recommend strategies to improve productivity, collaboration, and employee experience.
Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted development solutions.
Support change management initiatives related to organizational transformation, restructuring, and business growth.
Analyze workforce data, employee feedback, and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and organizational development programs.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and employee development.
Ensure organizational development practices align with HR strategies, company values, and business priorities.
Monitor program effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in organizational development, talent management, learning and development, change management, or human resources.
Strong understanding of organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management principles.
Experience designing and implementing leadership development and employee engagement programs.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with leaders across all levels of the organization.
Experience with change management methodologies and organizational transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
Professional certifications in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Change Management, or related disciplines are advantageous.
