- We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Organizational Development Manager to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, workforce planning, and change management initiatives that support business growth and long-term success.
- You will collaborate closely with leadership and HR teams to design and implement programs that enhance employee performance, engagement, leadership capability, and organizational culture.

- 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead initiatives focused on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
- Design and deliver leadership development, employee engagement, and performance improvement programs.
- Assess organizational effectiveness and recommend strategies to improve productivity, collaboration, and employee experience.
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted development solutions.
- Support change management initiatives related to organizational transformation, restructuring, and business growth.
- Analyze workforce data, employee feedback, and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and organizational development programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and employee development.
- Ensure organizational development practices align with HR strategies, company values, and business priorities.
- Monitor program effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- ✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in organizational development, talent management, learning and development, change management, or human resources.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management principles.
- Experience designing and implementing leadership development and employee engagement programs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with leaders across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with change management methodologies and organizational transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Change Management, or related disciplines are advantageous.
