Role description
The description identifies the role as an Owner responsible for strategic direction and the long-term sustainability of the program.
This is a part-time, remote role coordinating with faculty, administrators, and partners.
Responsibilities
- Oversee academic and business initiatives; set goals, monitor key performance indicators, and guide operational priorities.
- Review and approve major academic proposals, budget plans, and partnership opportunities.
- Support marketing and outreach to strengthen program visibility; attend virtual meetings and evaluate program outcomes.
- Make data-informed decisions aligned with the institution’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills for collaboration with faculty, staff, and external partners.
- Financial management and budgeting skills.
- Communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills suited to remote, part-time leadership.
- Advanced education in business, management, education administration, or a related field is highly beneficial.
- Experience in higher education, program management, or institutional governance is preferred.
- Comfort with digital collaboration tools and virtual meeting platforms is required.
