  • We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Manager to lead initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership capability, and workplace culture.
  • The ideal candidate will design and implement development strategies, support organizational change, and partner with leaders to improve performance and business outcomes.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute organizational development strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead initiatives focused on culture development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
  • Conduct organizational assessments, workforce analysis, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Design and implement leadership development, talent development, and succession planning programs
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to support organizational change initiatives
  • Develop frameworks for performance improvement, competency development, and career growth
  • Analyze employee feedback, engagement surveys, and organizational data to recommend solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and organizational development programs
  • Support change management activities during business transformation initiatives
  • Measure the impact of organizational development programs and provide reports to leadership
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, learning and development, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
  • Strong understanding of organizational design, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development
  • Experience developing OD frameworks, competency models, and workforce strategies
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
  • Experience with employee engagement surveys, performance systems, and development programs
  • Ability to manage complex organizational initiatives and multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
