Role Description
The Organizational Development Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for designing and implementing initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness across The Electronics Group and its member companies.
This role includes conducting organizational assessments, analyzing structures and processes, and recommending improvements that support strategic goals.
The Organizational Development Manager will develop and deliver leadership development programs, performance improvement frameworks, and change management plans that build capabilities and foster a high-performance culture.
Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with HR and senior leadership, facilitating workshops and focus groups, tracking key organizational metrics, and ensuring alignment between organizational development initiatives and TEG’s mission.
The role also involves creating documentation, tools, and resources that support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization and across the membership base.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness, with experience designing and implementing OD initiatives.
- Proven HR Management experience, including partnering with HR teams on talent, performance, and change-related projects.
- Demonstrated capability in Leadership Development, including creating and facilitating leadership programs, coaching, or mentoring initiatives.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret organizational data, diagnose issues, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., OD, HR, Coaching) is an advantage.
- Experience in trade associations, industry bodies, or member-based organizations is beneficial, ideally within or related to the electronics or technology sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Proactive, inclusive approach to change management, with strong planning, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
