We are looking for an

Organizational Development (OD) Manager for EDGE Group, Abu Dhabi

At EDGE Group, we are redefining the future of Advanced Technology and Defence industries.

We are seeking an experienced

Organizational Effectiveness Manager

to lead enterprise-wide organizational transformation initiatives and help shape the future operating model of one of the region’s fastest-growing technology groups.

Job Summary

As an Organizational Effectiveness Manager, you will drive the design and transformation of operating models, organizational structures, workforce strategies, and functional accountabilities across the Group.

You will partner closely with senior leaders to ensure organizational effectiveness initiatives align with strategic business priorities, enhance productivity, and enable sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead operating model design and organizational restructuring initiatives across business divisions and corporate functions.

✔ Design future-state organizational structures, accountabilities, and role architectures aligned with business strategy.

✔ Develop and implement strategic workforce planning frameworks to support future talent requirements.

✔ Conduct organizational due diligence and support integration activities for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

✔ Drive consistency and governance across organizational design, job architecture, role evaluation, and workforce frameworks.

✔ Perform organizational effectiveness and productivity studies to identify efficiency opportunities and benchmark performance.

✔ Partner with senior stakeholders to solve complex organizational challenges and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.

✔ Lead large-scale transformation and change initiatives that support EDGE Group’s strategic objectives.

What We'Re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Design, Operating Model Design, or related disciplines.
  • Proven expertise in organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and operating model transformation.
  • Experience supporting M&A due diligence and integration activities.
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in consulting, professional services, or complex multinational organizations is highly desirable.
