Role Description
The Founder role at Sl Lumax is a full-time, remote position responsible for setting the company’s strategic vision and guiding long-term growth.
The Founder will define and refine the business model, establish operational structures, and oversee key functions such as product development, sales, partnerships, and finance.
Daily responsibilities include making high-impact decisions, prioritizing initiatives, reviewing performance metrics, and aligning teams around clear goals.
The role involves building and leading a diverse, high-performing team, cultivating a strong organizational culture, and representing the company with partners, customers, and investors.
The Founder will also monitor industry trends in electrical and electronic manufacturing, identify new opportunities, and ensure the organization remains adaptable and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in founding, co-founding, or leading an organization, ideally in manufacturing, hardware, or technology-driven industries.
- Strong capabilities in strategic planning, business modeling, budgeting, and financial oversight.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate cross-functional, distributed teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Understanding of electrical/electronic manufacturing processes, supply chains, and quality or regulatory standards is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the company externally.
- Track record of driving growth through partnerships, market expansion, and customer-focused initiatives.
- Comfort with ambiguity, resilience under pressure, and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent entrepreneurial experience is an advantage.
