We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Organizational Development Manager to drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee performance, leadership capability, and workplace culture.
In this role, you will partner with business leaders and HR teams to design and implement programs that support talent development, change management, workforce planning, and organizational transformation.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development.
Design and manage leadership development, succession planning, and employee growth programs.
Facilitate organizational change management initiatives and support business transformation projects.
Assess organizational structures, processes, and capabilities to identify improvement opportunities.
Partner with business leaders to enhance team performance, employee engagement, and workplace culture.
Develop competency frameworks, career pathways, and performance management programs.
Analyze workforce data and organizational metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Design and deliver training workshops, development programs, and organizational interventions.
Monitor the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives and recommend continuous improvements.
โ Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in organizational development, talent management, learning and development, or human resources.
Strong knowledge of organizational design, change management, leadership development, and workforce planning.
Experience facilitating workshops, training programs, and organizational change initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience with employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning programs is highly desirable.
Professional certifications in Organizational Development, Change Management, Human Resources, or related disciplines are advantageous.
