Collaborate with HR, senior leadership, and functional teams on organizational development initiatives aligned with business goals and market research focus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and analyze workforce data.
- Design change management plans, performance improvement programs, and leadership development pathways.
- Implement interventions with HR, senior leadership, and functional teams.
- Monitor outcomes and adjust strategies using measurable results.
- Facilitate workshops and develop communication materials.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret organizational data and market research findings.
- Experience in Organizational Development and Organizational Effectiveness, including designing and implementing change initiatives.
- HR Management background, including exposure to talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Leadership development expertise, including creating and facilitating programs for multiple levels.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Ability to work across on-site and remote settings; international or multicultural experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; able to present complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in healthcare, market research, or professional services is an advantage.
