We’re looking for a commercially driven
Organic Performance Lead
- to own and scale MATW’s global organic growth engine across search, AI-driven discovery, and non-paid acquisition channels.
- This is not a traditional SEO role.
- This position brings together
- SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), YouTube search, Direct traffic, and Referral growth
- into one unified, revenue-focused function.
- The right person will help build a future-proof organic ecosystem that ensures MATW is visible wherever users search, ask, or discover.
- What you’ll be doing
- Own and execute a holistic organic acquisition strategy across
- SEO, AEO, GEO, YouTube, Direct, and Referral channels
- Align organic initiatives with
- revenue, CAC efficiency, and conversion goals
- Lead optimization across traditional search engines and AI-driven platforms including
- Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and zero-click environments
- Build strategies that increase visibility in
- AI-generated answers and answer engines
- Own technical SEO across all properties, including
- crawlability, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, internal linking, and international SEO
- Define and guide content strategy aligned with
- search intent, conversion, discoverability, and AI readability
- Build topical authority and scalable content ecosystems
- Lead
- YouTube organic growth
- , including search optimization, CTR improvement, retention, and video discoverability
- Develop and scale
- direct and referral growth strategies
- through brand demand, partnerships, affiliates, content collaborations, PR, and digital authority placements
- Track and report on
- organic revenue contribution
- , conversion performance, assisted conversions, and page-level revenue impact
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes, AI search developments, and new discovery behaviours while continuously testing and improving performance
- What we’re looking for
- **7+ years**
- in SEO or organic growth roles with clear, proven revenue impact
- Experience managing
- global or multi-market organic growth strategies
- Strong technical SEO knowledge across crawlability, indexing, performance, structured data, and semantic search
- Strong commercial understanding of
- organic growth as a revenue channel
- , not just a traffic channel
- Hands-on experience with
- GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
- , or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of
- AI-driven search, answer engines, and evolving search behaviour
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect organic efforts directly to
- business outcomes
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across
- content, product, engineering, CRM, and paid media teams
- Bonus points if you have
- Strong
- YouTube SEO / video growth
experience
- Familiarity with
- LLM ecosystems and AI content retrieval
- Experience in
- high-growth, performance-driven environments
- Exposure to
- affiliate, partnership, or referral growth models
- Success in this role looks like
