Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Order Taker cum Cashier at Cocolily Chocolates, located in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
The Order Taker cum Cashier will be responsible for taking customer orders, processing payments, handling the cash register, and ensuring a smooth and friendly checkout experience.
This opportunity is specifically for those who are passionate about customer service and efficiency.
Candidates must be on their own visa (husband/family/freelance visa preferred)
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Sales experience to actively promote products and drive customer purchases
- Ability to provide and receive Training to ensure quality and efficiency in operations
- Background in Food & Beverage to understand product handling and customer service standards
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
- Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet operational demands
- Prior experience in the retail or confectionery industry is a plus
