We are looking for a reliable and organized Order Processing Specialist to help process customer orders from start to finish.

This is an easy-to-learn position that involves reviewing orders, entering information into the system, checking details for accuracy, and making sure orders are processed on time.

• Receive and review customer orders.
• Enter order information accurately into the company system.
• Check customer details, products, quantities, and pricing.
• Update order status and keep records organized.
• Communicate with customers or internal teams when information is missing or incorrect.
• Follow simple company procedures for processing orders.
• Help resolve basic order issues and delays.
• Maintain accurate records and protect customer information.
• Complete assigned tasks on time.

• No advanced experience required; training can be provided.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to use email and simple online systems.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks accurately.
• Good written communication skills.
