About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders in ERP system and FSM software accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify pricing, product availability, and order details before confirmation
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order picking, packing, and dispatch
- Stock transfer between warehouses, retail stores and vans
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery to customers and retail stores
- Handle order-related queries from sales teams, customers, and partners
- Maintain proper documentation for all orders, invoices, and deliveries
- Monitor backorders, pending orders, and ensure timely closures
- Support returns, exchanges, and replacement processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and approval workflows
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues proactively
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in order processing / sales coordination (electronics or retail preferred)
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
