Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across Sales and Marketing, Logistics, Regulatory, Customer Support, and IT to process transactions accurately from sale through collection.
• Create, validate, and release sales orders after checking customer standing, stock, regulatory approval, and order details; confirm dispatch and issue invoices under applicable Incoterms.
• Process daily payments by cheque, pre-authorized debit, wire, and credit card, and apply receipts to customer accounts.
• Set up new customers and perform credit reference checks for applicable credit terms.
• Handle shipment tracking, replacements, refunds, credit notes, price adjustments, and quality or compliance communications.
• Issue account statements, reconcile customer accounts, and make collections to keep accounts current.
• Manage client relationships, provide product information, explore sales opportunities, and promote products.
• Generate customer-record reports, complete customer registration or account setup, and maintain customer contracts, tax forms, and government documents.
• Perform other duties as required.

What you bring

• 1–3 years of customer service or administrative sales experience.
• 1–3 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited post-secondary institution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Customer-oriented and detail-oriented; able to work in a fast-paced environment and complete manual data entry.
• ERP system experience and Power BI reporting are assets.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Compensation

• Annual base salary range is $55,000–$60,000.
• The pay range may vary based on experience, education, job-related skills, and team or organizational equity.
