ORAT Asset Readiness Consultant (J26-072)

Role Context

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement **ORAT strategies and plans** for hospitals and hotel projects
• Coordinate the **handover of assets, systems, and facilities** to operational teams
• Conduct **readiness assessments** for facilities, equipment, MEP systems, and operational workflows
• Support **staff training, operational simulations, and mock drills**
• Identify gaps in operational readiness and implement corrective actions
• Liaise with project management, construction teams, and facility operators
• Ensure compliance with **regulatory requirements, safety standards, and operational protocols**
• Prepare detailed **readiness reports, checklists, and dashboards** for stakeholders
• Facilitate smooth **transition from construction to operations** while minimizing risks

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Healthcare Administration, or Hospitality Management
• **8–15 years of experience** in ORAT, operational readiness, or asset transition roles
• Proven experience with **hospitals, hotels, or similar complex facilities**
• Strong understanding of **facility systems, MEP, and operational processes**
• Experience in **mega projects or high-profile developments** is highly preferred
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills

Required Skills

• Expertise in **Operational Readiness, Asset Handover, and Transition Planning**
• Strong knowledge of **MEP, facility management, and operational workflows**
• Excellent **problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills**
• Ability to conduct **training, simulations, and mock drills**
• Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
