We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Otm Functional Lead
- ๐น ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐
- Led 2โ3 end-to-end OTM Cloud implementations, including UAT, cutover, and post go-live support
- Expertise in rating design, multi-leg/multi-stop itineraries, shipment planning, performance tuning, automation agents, invoicing setup, UI customization, and integrations with Oracle OM & Inventory
- Strong knowledge of OTM Cloud features:
- Transportation procurement
- Order management
- Carrier & rate management
- Fleet & driver management
- Shipment planning & tendering
- Visibility & event management
- Freight audit & payment
- Reporting & analytics
- Good understanding of SCM modules
- Experience working in multi-vendor and cross-cultural environments
- Experience leading development teams and delivering Agile projects
Otm Techno-Functional Sme
- ๐น ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ & ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐
- 8โ10 years of experience in OTM/GTM with end-to-end implementation, integration, and support
- Strong knowledge of OTM Cloud features including:
- Transportation procurement & order management
- Carrier & rate management
- Fleet & driver management
- Shipment planning & tendering
- Visibility, events, and freight audit
- At least 2 cloud implementation projects
- Understanding of SCM modules
- Experience coordinating development teams
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in integration design & development with other applications
