Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Developer with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to support, enhance, customize, and integrate enterprise Oracle applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing custom solutions, maintaining existing applications, implementing integrations with external systems, and delivering technical enhancements aligned with business requirements.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x, Oracle APEX, Oracle development technologies, reporting solutions, workflows, and enterprise integrations.

Oracle EBS Development & Customization

  • Develop, customize, and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite applications and modules.
  • Support, maintain, and optimize existing Oracle EBS customizations.
  • Perform technical analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure development activities comply with established standards and best practices.

Integration & API Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs, interfaces, and web services.
  • Integrate Oracle EBS with external applications and third-party systems.
  • Develop and support data migration, conversion, and synchronization solutions.
  • Create and maintain database links and integration frameworks.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Develop and customize Oracle Reports and BI Publisher reports.
  • Design XML-based reporting solutions and dashboards.
  • Prepare and maintain technical specifications, development documentation, and user guides.
  • Ensure all enhancements and developments are properly documented.

Workflow & Process Automation

  • Configure and support Oracle Workflow and Approval Management Engine (AME).
  • Develop and customize Oracle Application Framework (OAF) components.
  • Implement automated workflows, alerts, and notification mechanisms.
  • Support business process improvements through automation and system enhancements.

Application Support & Troubleshooting

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Oracle EBS technical issues.
  • Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and IT teams to resolve incidents.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide technical support, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Strong Understanding Of Oracle EBS Modules Including

  • Oracle Financials

• Human Capital Management (HCM)

  • Advanced Procurement
  • Supplier Management
  • Inventory Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Oracle certifications are highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of Oracle Applications development experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Oracle APEX development experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Oracle projects within the GCC region.
  • Proven experience integrating Oracle applications with external systems and third-party platforms.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle EBS customization, workflows, reporting, APIs, and integrations.

Language Requirements

  • Arabic (Mandatory) – Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
  • English – Professional working proficiency.

Preferred Profile

  • Experience working within government, public sector, or large enterprise environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong documentation, training, and knowledge transfer capabilities.
  • Experience providing on-demand support, enhancements, and production issue resolution.
