- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules (e.g., Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Advanced Pricing) and related configuration skills.
- Proficiency in end-to-end supply chain process design, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional documentation, and solution validation.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams on integrations, extensions, data migration, and reporting within Oracle ERP environments.
- Demonstrated skills in production support, issue diagnosis, root-cause analysis, and implementing sustainable fixes and enhancements.
- Ability to lead workshops, train end users, and communicate complex functional concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience with ERP implementation or upgrade projects, including testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and deployment support.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, part-time setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
- Prior consulting experience and exposure to AI or automation solutions in supply chain processes are a plus.
