Role overview

Redwood migration

• Perform fit-gap assessments of existing customizations and extensions.
• Support phased rollout and coexistence of Classic and Redwood experiences.

Technical development and customization

• Configure and customize Oracle Sales and PRM Cloud with Application Composer, Page Composer, Visual Builder Studio, Groovy scripts, business rules, and object workflows.
• Redesign and extend Redwood pages, including dynamic layouts, panels, actions, and page customizations.
• Develop and consume REST APIs for external integrations.

Technical expertise

• Use Oracle CX Sales Cloud, Redwood UI, Visual Builder Studio, Groovy scripting, Application Composer, REST APIs, and Oracle Fusion extensibility frameworks.
• Apply Oracle Partner Relationship Management and Oracle CPQ integration experience.

Integration and data management

• Work with Oracle Integration Boomi middleware.
• Validate integrations affected by Redwood migration and troubleshoot data synchronization issues.
• Support migration of custom objects, fields, and business logic.

Testing and deployment

• Prepare technical test scenarios and migration validation plans.
• Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production validation.
• Support deployment across DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD environments.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support on Redwood-related service requests.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of Oracle Sales Cloud and PRM implementation experience.
• At least 4 years of Redwood migration experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle CX Sales Cloud, Redwood UI, Visual Builder Studio, Groovy scripting, Application Composer, REST APIs, and Oracle Fusion extensibility frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Sales Cloud or PRM Classic-to-Redwood migration initiatives.
• Experience with Oracle Partner Relationship Management (PRM).
• Experience with Oracle CPQ integration.
• Experience working with Oracle Integration Boomi middleware.
