- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience
- , with at least 3 years in Oracle ERP / HCM / SCM Cloud implementations.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise projects across industries (finance, healthcare, retail, government, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of
Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM)
- and digital transformation best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
