Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Hyperion Consultant to join a leading organization in Doha, Qatar.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the Oracle Hyperion suite, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with finance and IT stakeholders.
Arabic fluency is essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum
- 8+ years of experience
- working with Oracle Hyperion, including implementation, administration, development, and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Oracle Hyperion or Oracle EPM certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong hands-on experience with
Oracle Hyperion Essbase
- , including cube design, calculation scripts, business rules, and performance optimization.
- Good experience with
Oracle Hyperion Planning
- , including budgeting, forecasting, application setup, workflow management, and security configuration.
- Strong knowledge of
Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
- , including financial consolidation, currency translation, and financial reporting.
- Experience with
Fdmee/Fdqm
- for data integration, mapping, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into effective Hyperion solutions.
- Ability to handle the full project lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Experience with Hyperion system upgrades, migrations, patches, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Experience integrating Hyperion with ERP systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams, finance teams, and senior management.
- **Native or fluent Arabic speaker**
