Oracle HCM Technical Consultant (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to support ongoing client implementations and enhancements across Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Journeys, Security, and integrations.

This is a hands-on contract role for someone who can independently design, configure, troubleshoot, and deliver technical Oracle HCM solutions in fast-paced client environments. The ideal candidate is highly technical, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable owning deliverables directly with customers.

This opportunity is ideal for consultants who enjoy solving complex configuration challenges, building scalable solutions, and working alongside a highly experienced Oracle HCM consulting team.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Fast Formulas

Offer Letter XML configuration and troubleshooting

Two-way messaging setup/configuration

VBS (Visual Builder Studio) experience preferred

Candidate lifecycle and recruiting process configuration

Journey configuration and deployment

Fast Formula development for Journeys logic and personalization

Oracle HCM Security configuration experience

Role design and troubleshooting

Knowledge of Pending Worker setup and processing

Oracle SSO / identity integration experience

HDL (HCM Data Loader) experience

Loading Lists and bulk data processing

Ability to troubleshoot HDL errors independently

3+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud technical consulting experience

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Consulting mindset with strong accountability and follow-through

Ability to balance multiple client priorities and deadlines

Experience working in consulting environments

Experience with Oracle Journeys at scale

Additional Oracle HCM module experience

Integration experience (OIC, REST, SOAP, HDL, HSDL)

Experience supporting enterprise clients
