Oracle HCM Functional Analyst - Junior

Job Purpose

Oracle HCM Functional Support

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications.
• Assist in resolving application incidents, service requests, and functional issues.
• Support HR users in executing business transactions and addressing system-related inquiries.
• Investigate reported issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with senior functional and technical resources.
• Maintain functional documentation, user guides, and knowledge-base articles.

System Configuration & Enhancements

• Assist in configuring Oracle HCM modules based on approved business requirements.
• Support functional enhancements, change requests, and system optimization initiatives.
• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with HR stakeholders.
• Translate HR business requirements into functional specifications under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support impact assessments for system changes and enhancements.

Workshops and Documentation

• Participate in functional workshops, system demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide user guidance and assist in delivering training sessions.
• Track assigned tasks, incidents, and change requests to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous exposure to HR operations, HR information systems, or enterprise applications is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP HR or other HR management systems is desirable.
• Prior Oracle Fusion HCM experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
