**Job Description** **Job Title:** Oracle Fusion HCM – Fresher
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic MBA (HR) graduates to join as Oracle Fusion HCM Freshers.
This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in HR technology and want to build a career in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Understand and document HR business processes
- Support data entry, validation, and system testing activities
- Work closely with functional teams and stakeholders
- Participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Provide basic user support and documentation
