Functional Support and Advisory
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM
- Analyze business requirements and recommend system solutions
- Advise on Oracle best practices and standard functionality
- Support issue resolution, root cause analysis, and fixes
Configuration and Enhancement Support
- Perform functional configuration and reconfiguration activities
- Consultants may be required to support enhancement or enablement of modules such as:
- Absence Management
- Recruitment
• Onboarding / Offboarding
- Talent Management
- Performance Management
- Learning
- The exact modules and priorities will be defined during the engagement.
Reporting and Data Support
- Support standard and custom HCM reports
- Assist with data validation, corrections, and reconciliations
- Support HR analytics and dashboards where required
