Overview
We need an Oracle Fusion expert who knows Tax and e-Invoicing for Saudi Arabia (ZATCA) and UAE (FTA).
You will work remotely with our Doha-based team to configure, implement, and support tax compliance and e-invoicing solutions that meet Middle East regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Oracle Fusion Tax modules (Sales Tax, Fixed Assets Tax, Procurement Tax, International Tax)
- Implement Saudi ZATCA Phase 2 e-Invoicing (XML generation, QR codes, cryptographic stamps, real-time reporting)
- Implement UAE FTA e-Invoicing compliant with FTA technical standards
- Design end-to-end tax and e-invoicing solutions from requirement gathering to deployment
- Collaborate with finance and compliance teams across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and UAE
- Migrate and validate tax data using FDI or HFX
- Create documentation for configurations, user training, and compliance audits
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
