Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Functional Support Consultant with minimum 5 years in Oracle Fusion EPM (all modules), 10 years in Oracle EPM/Hyperion (including Planning and Budgeting), and proven EBS R12 exposure.

The role provides support, migration and enhancements for EPM modules onsite at our client location in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for all Fusion EPM modules: Planning (Standard/BEP), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), Profitability and Cost Management (PCM), Enterprise Data Management (EDM), Account Reconciliation (ARCM), Task Manager, Narrative Reporting, and integration points with Financials/GL.
Perform root cause analysis, resolve incidents, apply configurations/patches, and handle enhancements like new planning models, process automation, and period close support.
Conduct fit-gap analysis for enhancements, data loads/forms tweaks via EPM Automate/Data Management, OTBI/EPM reports, and business rules/scripts during support cycles.
Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs), user training, UAT for patches/enhancements, and monthly health checks onsite in Abu Dhabi.
Leverage Hyperion Planning/Budgeting and EBS R12 experience (Financials/GL interfaces) for hybrid environments, legacy migrations, and planning consolidation.

Experience- Minimum 5 years in Oracle Fusion EPM (all modules).

– Minimum 10 years in Oracle EPM/Hyperion Planning & Budgeting (on-prem/cloud).

– 3+ years in production support/enhancements with SLAs (e.g., 4/6/24 hour resolution).

– Few Hyperion-to-EPM migrations.

– Full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, preferred.

Technical Skills- EPM setups: Business Processes, Forms/Dashboards, Data Integration (DM/EDM), Groovy Rules, EPM Automate, REST APIs.

– Hyperion: EPMA/Classic Planning, ODI/DRC data loads, Smart View, Calc Manager.

– Integrations awareness: OIC basics, ERP Adapters.

Functional Expertise- All modules: Planning (workforce/budgeting models), FCC (consolidations), PCM (allocations), EDM (master data), ARCM (reconciliations), Reporting.

Soft Skills- Strong writing skills for RCA reports, enhancement specs (BR100), client communications.

– Shift flexibility for support coverage.

Education & Certs- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting or related.

– Oracle Fusion EPM Functional, Hyperion Planning, or EBS certification preferred.
