We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Fusion Epm Consultant
- to join our delivery team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for the
- implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions
- .This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and implementation partners to
- translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions
- , ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
- ****Key Responsibilities****
- Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations (requirement gathering to deployment)
- Work closely with business users on:
• Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Financial Consolidation
• Management & Statutory Reporting
- Tax Reporting
- Design, configure, and customize Oracle EPM solutions based on business needs
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Translate business requirements into system/process designs aligned with EPM best practices
- Develop and maintain system documentation and configurations
- Support testing, defect analysis, and issue resolution
- Develop basic scripts (calculation scripts, load rules)
- Integrate EPM solutions with existing systems and databases
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
- Stay updated with Oracle EPM product roadmap and innovations
**Required Skills & Expertise**
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Suite
- Deep understanding of finance and accounting concepts
- Experience in OUM (Oracle Unified Methodology)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting experience
- ****Qualifications****
• Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
- 8-10 years of experience in IT / Consulting
- Minimum 4-5 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations
- Strong functional expertise in:
- Accounting
• Budgeting & Costing
- Financial Reporting
- Taxation
- Proficiency in English (mandatory); Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work in a client-facing consulting environment
