Job Title: Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant
- **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Industry:** IT / Consulting**About the Role**We are seeking an experienced **Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant** to join our delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the **implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions**.This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and implementation partners to **translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions**, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead **end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations** (requirement gathering to deployment)
- Work closely with business users on:
• Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Financial Consolidation
• Management & Statutory Reporting
- Tax Reporting
- Design, configure, and customize Oracle EPM solutions based on business needs
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Translate business requirements into system/process designs aligned with EPM best practices
- Develop and maintain system documentation and configurations
- Support **testing, defect analysis, and issue resolution**
- Develop basic scripts (calculation scripts, load rules)
- Integrate EPM solutions with existing systems and databases
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
- Stay updated with Oracle EPM product roadmap and innovations
- **Required Skills & Expertise*** Strong hands-on experience with **Oracle Cloud EPM Suite**
- Deep understanding of **finance and accounting concepts**
- Experience in **OUM (Oracle Unified Methodology)**
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting experience
- **Qualifications*** **Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory**
- **8–10 years of experience** in IT / Consulting
- Minimum **4–5 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations**
- Strong functional expertise in:
- Accounting
• Budgeting & Costing
- Financial Reporting
- Taxation
- Proficiency in **English (mandatory)**; Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work in a **client-facing consulting environment**
