Job Title: Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant

Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: IT / ConsultingAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant to join our delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and implementation partners to translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.Key Responsibilities* Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations (requirement gathering to deployment)

• Work closely with business users on:
• Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
• Financial Consolidation
• Cash Flow & Financial Reporting
• Management & Statutory Reporting
• Tax Reporting
• Design, configure, and customize Oracle EPM solutions based on business needs
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Translate business requirements into system/process designs aligned with EPM best practices
• Develop and maintain system documentation and configurations
• Support testing, defect analysis, and issue resolution
• Develop basic scripts (calculation scripts, load rules)
• Integrate EPM solutions with existing systems and databases
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
• Stay updated with Oracle EPM product roadmap and innovations

Required Skills & Expertise* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Suite

• Deep understanding of finance and accounting concepts
• Experience in OUM (Oracle Unified Methodology)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting experience

Qualifications* Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

• 8–10 years of experience in IT / Consulting
• Minimum 4–5 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations
• Strong functional expertise in:
• Accounting
• Budgeting & Costing
• Financial Reporting
• Taxation
• Proficiency in English (mandatory); Arabic is a plus
• Ability to work in a client-facing consulting environment
