Oracle Functional Consultant

Overview

• Lead full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations and upgrades from requirements gathering through go-live and post-production hypercare support
• Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis and map Construction and Oil & Gas business processes to Oracle ERP functionalities
• Configure and test Oracle Cloud/Fusion modules ensuring alignment with project-driven industry workflows (EPC, LSTK, cost-plus contracts)
• Support project cost tracking, budget control, and revenue recognition processes specific to long-term construction and O&G contracts
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migrations, and RICEW object development
• Design and execute unit testing, SIT, UAT, and support regression testing cycles across all modules
• Develop and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and end-user training materials
• Liaise with the IT Manager to prioritize system enhancements, manage change requests, and report project status
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, HR, and Project Management departments to gather requirements and drive adoption
• Monitor Oracle quarterly release updates, assess business impact, and recommend feature rollouts relevant to the industry
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements including VAT, WPS payroll, and local statutory reporting
