About This Role
Job Purpose
*The job holder is responsible for providing technical & functional support to Business users for corporate applications including oracle financials, p2p, HCM fusion, and Hyperion identifying & fixing integration errors on daily basis and take proactive measures.
Developing various technical/functional components and related documents for change requests based on requirement.
Performing functional setup and related activities.*
Operational Responsibilities
- ***Requirement Identification:***
- *Coordinates with business team to identify business requirements from various modules in Oracle Financials, HCM, P2P, EPM, TNA and Hyperion*
- *Documents the requirements in form of System Requirement Specification document*
- ***Oracle Financials Implementation:***
- *Oversees the end-to-end application implementation (including requirements specifications, workflow planning, testing, and pre- and post-live implementation support) for Advance Collections, Compliance Project, iReceivables Project and ensure that they are in line with the defined parameters*
- *Support implementation of ERP and HRMS upgrade*
- *Supports Corporate applications related change requests & projects*
- ***Oracle Support:***
- *Provide support for all the reported queries regarding corporate applications*
- *Provide support for on-going projects.*
- *Maintains effective working relationships with Application vendors, consultants, and service providers with respect to provision of Application Services and products in line with standard requirements.*
- ***Policies, Processes and Procedures:***
- *Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in controlled and consistent manner.*
- ***Requirement Identification:***

People Management Responsibilities
- *Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner that is consistent with operating policies and procedures. Also, provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to subordinates to support their overall development.*
- *Facilitate BRM Meetings with Finance and other teams as expected*
