Oracle Delivery & Release Specialist

Environment Governance

• Manage and coordinate SIT, UAT, and Production environments
• Ensure environment readiness for testing and deployment activities
• Maintain deployment schedules and environment calendars
• Coordinate access, test data, and integration readiness requirements

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Coordinate SIT and UAT activities with business and technical teams
• Monitor testing progress, defect resolution, and readiness status
• Ensure testing deliverables meet agreed quality standards
• Track and report testing metrics and deployment risks

Release Management

• Coordinate production releases and deployment activities
• Manage release schedules, approvals, and change controls
• Ensure release documentation is complete and approved
• Facilitate Go / No-Go decision meetings

Production Readiness & Hypercare

• Validate production readiness before deployment
• Coordinate post-deployment verification activities
• Support hypercare and stabilization periods after Go-Live
• Track and coordinate resolution of production issues

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain release dashboards and status reporting
• Track risks, dependencies, and action items
• Coordinate across vendors, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and operational standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in release management, testing coordination, environment management, or technology delivery
• Experience within banking, financing, fintech, insurance, or enterprise technology environments is preferred
• Strong understanding of SIT, UAT, Production Deployments, Change Management, and Release Governance
• Familiarity with Oracle-based platforms is advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Arabic and English communication skills are preferred
