About This Role
Job Description
We are currently looking for Senior Systems Engineer (Cloud & Infrastructure) for our UAE operations with the following skillsets and terms & conditions:
Experience Requirements
- 7–10+ years in Systems / Infrastructure Engineering
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Professional preferred)
- Strong, hands-on AWS experience (this is critical)
o Not theoretical — must have built and operated real environments
- Deep understanding of:
o Networking fundamentals (L3/L4/L7)
o Security and identity
o Operating systems (Linux + Windows)
- Proven experience in automation
- Experience in hybrid environments
- Strong troubleshooting ability across multiple layers
Key Responsibilities
1. AWS Cloud Ownership (Core Requirement)
Architect, deploy, and manage production-grade AWS environments
Design secure, scalable, and cost-optimized solutions across:
EC2, S3, EBS, EFS
VPC, Transit Gateway, VPN, Direct Connect
RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora
IAM, Organizations, Control Tower
CloudFront, Route 53
Lambda, API Gateway
Implement high availability, DR, and backup strategies (multi-AZ, multi-region)
Lead AWS cost optimization
Troubleshoot complex AWS issues across compute, network, storage, and security layers
